got my car broken into and had them fix my window. broke my whole entire door panel. claimed it was my cousin who did the tint job and they did NOT even remove the door panels. gave the car back with glue ALLLL over the door as well. i will never be going here again and will make sure everyone in my car community does not go here. i have to shift my window everytime and blamed a bad tint job. said both side doors were broken but did not even look the same. very ridiculous. couldnt even find me after in system after i gave phone number mutiple times. i dont know if they were on something or what. but very ridiculous and i am never coming again. 2023 car that was garage kept most of its life and never had anything removed.

What started out as a small spidercrack morphed into a giant split the day before my appointment. Team was still able to come out and reassess, go through my insurance and come back in the same week for a full replacement. Process was so easy, I barely had to do anything. Would 100% recommend.

Own a 2020 Subaru Outback. Windshield cracked from stone thrown up from highway. Making the appointment was easy. Got there late. . . but they got me in and did the repair in a timely manner. I had prepaid my deductible plus a couple of other items. They could not complete one of the items, and my credit card showed that they had corrected the total amount before submitting. No hassle. NO problems. Do not wish to get another windshield replaced. . . if I need to, I would use SafeLite without hesitation.
