I appreciate all the good communication from Safelite in New London Connecticut! I felt especially comfortable when Aaron was letting me know his arrival time and showed up in a very good mood at the end of a long and busy day. He was informative about the fact that the used car that I had been driving for two years did not have an original Subaru windshield and didn’t have the heater connection properly hooked up. He made sure that was done right and was patient with my conversing while he was working! He’s very skilled, polite and efficient, and your operation there is very fortunate to have him as a delightful member of your team. I very much appreciate the good work done, thanks so very much.

I made an appointment and chose to wait. The replacement took under an hour, and it was done correctly. Many others were dropping off to pick up later in the day, but I only have one car. All staff I encountered or overheard were super nice and courteous.
