After scheduling my windshield appointment well over a week ago and numerous verifications of the appointment. They verified a final time with a Tech name and verified time they called 1. 5 hours later and cancelled seems to be poor planning on there part which is a huge inconvenience to the customer causing delays in going to work and not being able to use my car again this weekend. The woman that i spoke with really didnt care about any of this and had no care of the inconveniences that this has caused for me.

Niantic, CT - excited to have squeezed in an online appt after work to get my windshield fixed. Showed up, doors locked. Safelite hub called the branch manager and got me in contact. . . "there weren't any appointments scheduled until yours, I can't just pay people to be there if there is no work", "it's hard nowadays".
"Hard nowadays"? To find someone who stays at their job for the whole day? You're right, it really is "hard nowadays".

This place is absolutely horrible. Customer service beyond sucks. Had an appointment, canceled because they had to supposedly order parts. Been over a week heard nothing from them. Can't contact a person, all you get is a bot or automated system.
