Problem was with 1st tech/appointment. Scheduled for 12 to 5 so of course we put errands, all other business on hold. Approx. 3:45 we called to see what the problem was, 4:10 we were told tech was behind and he would have to reschedule for next day! I understand how things can go wrong, no problem. Problem was we weren't called and notified . Next day tech was on time and as stated before everything was great. If this had happened day before Safelite would have gotten 5 Stars!
