Then, it rained the day they were supposed to install at our place, so they gave us a time for a day or two later and I drove 30 minutes to get to the location in Union City. I sat in the office waiting and after an hour they announced that the glass was not at their location but was at the location up in Norcross. So the next day I drove 45 minutes or so north to Norcross. There I got excellent service. Repair happened in a little more than an hour. I would be perfectly happy if I had not spent two days doing it because of their internal communication problem, and I really don't understand why I had to wait for an hour in Union City to find out there was no glass there. Because of this I can't answer the questions below. I think these folks are probably quite good. I just had some bad luck, but I don't want to judge based on this experience. Now you won't let me NOT answer so I will answer average but that is meaningless.
