Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely Horrible! Last week, I received multiple emails as I considered, last year, to change my window. So, I decided to go ahead and do it, and scheduled an appointment for 8:30am. I knew that it would take a hour and a half to two hours, so I brought my computer to do some work. As I entered the building, I waited at the front desk for over 5 minutes until someone got off the phone and just happened to turn around to see me. So eventually someone came and I took a seat to wait. I worked for an hour, then glanced into the shop and to my surprise, I didn't see me car. So I walked out the front and saw my car untouched AFTER A WHOLE HOUR. I asked for a manager who was very calm and apologized. He gave me some discounts and I was satisfied. However, I waited for 3.5 hours which is unacceptable. What is even worse is that the next day, I noticed the trim under the windshield was popped out. So, I brought my car back to the shop and another manager came out to talk to me. He was apparently a manager from a different store as he told me. He used foul language on two occasions in the short time, though, not directed at me. Which, in my opinion, is even worse, that he would use that language in general conversation while at work in a management position with a customer. He concluded that the trim needs to be replaced and told me he was going to order the part and that it should be in within one business day. However, the final issue which made this experience unforgettable and horrible was what the last manager told me. As I told him about the multiple issues that I've had, he proceeded to tell me that I was given a big discount and he would never give that kind of discount to a customer at his store no matter what issues they face. Ultimately, he was telling me that I have been over compensated and my frustration is illegitimate. This was completely disrespectful, rude, and inconsiderate that after so many issues I was told that I should just be thankful and not complaining. This experience will cause me to never use your company again!

The technician came to my office at the scheduled time, was done within an hour, and was able to charge me $60 less than the initial quote. Wonderful experience!
