Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not as fast as expected but... Everyone was friendly and helpful and very sympathetic. (Someone smashed my window overnight while it was parked in front of a friend's house on Halloween.) Took it to the shop and it took a little over 2 hours when 60-90 minutes was expected. Apparently the way the vandals tried to break in complicated the removal and prolonged the process. Cost ~$220 for the one rear passenger window. A little pricier than other places and idk anything about window quality but it must be pretty good. It's a bit noisier than before the break in but I think it's bc the window frame hasn't been repaired yet and is creating a lot of drag. Not bc the window itself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and Helpful The guy that came out was really quick, very helpful, and did a good job. There was a crack on the original glass (the replacement) and someone was able to get a new replacement one and we were able to do the replacement that day still. All in all a good experience. Maybe check the glass prior to coming out next time though?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality and friendly service The people I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. My only issue was the wait. I had an appt, and I was told it would take an hour. I arrived a few minutes late due to weather and unfamiliarity with the location, but my vehicle was still not in the service bay 45-50 minutes after my appt. I did ask the front desk person, and he took care of the issue immediately. The service tech did a great job, and explained the process.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from LONG WAIT to have service started I made an appointment to have my window fixed in a Safelite shop at 3:00pm on a Saturday afternoon. I arrived 20 minutes early to get checked in so my car would be ready at 3:00pm for the technician. My car was not taken into the work area until 3:50pm. People with appointments should be placed before walk-ins.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad customer service, product. and workmanship. I had the windshield on my 5 month old F150 replaced recently. I took it to the Norcross location for the replacement. When I got in my truck and started driving, I noticed a distortion on the middle of the windshield. I called them, and they told me to bring the truck back. A technician agreed that it was a defect, and they set up an appointment in the later that week. They said the glue needs to dry up before replacing the windshield again. I drove home. The next morning, I got in my truck to go to work, only to see a puddle of water in the middle console. It rained over night, and water came through the gap between the windshield and the ceiling. The cloth around the top console was soaked wet, and the worst of all, water was dripping through the light switches on the top console. I called Safelite Auto, who told me to bring the truck back to the shop. They were able to replace the windshield a few hours later. Because of the series of issues with their product (glass) and installation, I ended up losing more than 5 hours of my time. Also, I am not so sure if the top console is bound to have issues with the water damage down the road. If it goes bad, I am pretty sure it would be very hard to prove to them that it was caused by the leak that was due to their faulty installation. To top my frustration off, their office staff is not friendly at all. They did not even apologize for their bad service and product, when I took my truck back. However, their technicians are super nice and friendly. I just wished that they didn't mess up my truck.
