I had a leak on my floor and the dealership checked all possible leaks. They found the leak but they said I need the windshield removed and resealed.

Excellent service! Even vacuumed!

So after what I thought was good service it turned out bad. My windshield is leaking terribly resulting in the roof of my interior to drip on me and onto the floor board of my vehicle. The driver gets soaked when it's a heavy downpour. I contacted the technician on today to let him know and him not received a response as of now.

Technician was on time, thorough and very professional.

The service was good and quick. The technician Jeremiah was very helpful with explaining any question I had.

My husband and I recently needed to have our windshield replaced on our Honda van. I called my insurance company and they promptly set up an appointment to have the windshield replaced right at our home. We were even offered the option of upgrading our windshield wipers, which we also decided to do. The Safelite installer called to indicate the approximate time he would arrive, efficiently and quickly replaced our windshield and wipers in about an hour. We were VERY satisfied with Safelite and would HIGHLY recommend them once again!!!

I was very pleased with Safelite and with Jacob. He was very friendly. He explained what he was doing while he was doing it and even answered all of my questions. We even bought a set of windshield wipers from him after he explained about the glass that could get inbedded in the wipers and could scratch the new windshield. When Jacob was finished he even vaccuumed all the glass out of my son's truck. Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend Safelite to anyone!!!
