TERRIBLE
This place is beyond unprofessional. They didn’t show up or call for my appointment, after the first appointment the technician was “sick” which I understand people get sick and I was going to let that slide, but after making a new appointment they no call no show completely wasting my whole day resulting in me losing sales and money! I buy and sell cars that need glass but I won’t be Wasting my time with these guys again! I will be in contact with corporate.

The gentleman who worked my glass was great!
My glass cracked while I was visiting Orlando from New York. They did a great job, very kind and courteous. The gentleman I dont remember his name, but he was wonderful!

windshield replacement
My windshield cracked while I was traveling. We called SafeLite and got an appointment to bring my car in for the replacement. I remember thinking I am going to here all day long. I didn't make the appointment my husband did or I would have scheduled mobile service. the one thing I dislike is having to take my car in for repairs it makes me very uncomfortable. Much to my surprise I got there a little before my appointment time, but right at my appointment the Tech came out and introduced himself and informed me about what he was going to be doing. He took my car back and within 1 - 1 1/2 hour he was finished. He came and informed me about my cameras and what I needed to do next. He was really very helpful and courtesy. As I sat in the waiting room and more customers came in and different Tech came out to address their customers. They were all so eager to get the customers taken care of and very informative. Thank you Safelite for making my experience a painless one.
