Rated 3 out of 5 by from Expected better service Appointment scheduled between 12 and 5. Fitter called at 11 and asked if he could come right away. I was running errands and said 12 was the earliest I could be home. I was told he would be there at 12. He arrived at 1:30. Windshield appeared to be installed well, but he did not have the new wipers I requested and after he left I noticed a lot of thick black grease on my tan carpets which I had to clean.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Customer Service We had our windshield repair and when we start the car the windshield wipers flew off. Called the customer service to have tech come back to look at the car and the lady at the customer service said it will be the morning time slot, 8am-12pm. At the appointed day we waited the whole morning and finally called at 11:30am to ask when the tech will arrive. The tech calls us and told us he will not be able to come until afternoon. He actually told us that the appointment was not registered in his schedule for him to come to our house for the repair. I told the tech don't worry about coming because we have plan in the afternoon. I called the customer service to set up another appointment and the lady was very short and rude to me. I told her the tech did not come and she right away said "yes he did". Without even listening to what I had to say, I wanted to tell her the whole situation. She keeps strong voice and said the tech did came because there is a charge for it without letting me explain what had happened and right way put me on hold. After the hold she said that it was my fault because I told the tech not to come anymore. I finally have the chance to tell her that, "right, that is what I wanted to tell you but you did not give me a chance to talk". She said that my appointment time slot is for the whole day, 8am-5pm. First of all, when I called to schedule the appointment for the tech to come back to check the wipers, I told the customer service that I don't want to be stuck at home all morning waiting for the tech as it is their fault that I have to be home for the car to be checked out one more time. The customer service lady said that it will be first thing in the morning. Second of all, the tech told us that our appointment was not added in his schedule, that mean someone at Safelite messed up on their end. Third, when I asked is that possible to have an option for time slot of the whole day the customer service told me yes, and that I was putted in for the whole day time slot, which is not right because I would have not wanted to wait at home all day without knowing the time when the tech would show up, as I was already upset that I had to wait the whole morning.
