Drove by my house at the time of the appointment- I watched him drive by - I called him and he said "he got another call but he will turn around" Appointment time was 12-5 and he did call me at 4:15 to tell me he was 15 minutes out which was before he drove right past my house. Well he came back and was unable to do a simple windshield replacment on a 2002 Mustang- I already had the windshield cowl off and inner a-pillar trims off for him - he seemed intimidated when he had to pull the outer A-pillar trims which was about 6 screws. He was calling his supervisors who wouldnt answer so he said he wasnt going to be able to do it. . . i had the A-pillar trims off within 5 minutes of him leaving - I was afraid to let him continue after not being able to pull the trims otherwise I would have called him to come back. Next day I call and reschedule. An hour later they call me and tell me they have to cancel and cant complete the call because of the age of the vehicle. . .
