My appointment was from 1-3pm and we arrived approximately 15 minutes early.
Unfortunately, it was almost 2:00pm before our vehicle was taken into the shop. Another customer came in for a 2:00pm appointment and both of our vehicles were taken back at the same time.
Our technician came in and informed us that the cawl that is in front of the windshield usually breaks on a vehicle as old as mine. I have a 1997 Ford Explorer. He said that he isn't responsible if it breaks and they don't replace it if it breaks. We didn't know what the part where as that he was talking about so he took us out to the shop to show us.
I informed him that he needed to be extra careful, because we are on a fixed income and didn't have the extra money to replace the cawl.
He was very careful and showed my husband a few minor cracks.
Even with the wait, I would still recommend them.
