Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lots of miscommunication i scheduled my first appointment which took a week. When the tech arrived he found I had broken parts on my car which would require a manager to order. I was upset as the crack in my windshield was a safety issue (it went straight across my sight line) and I'd already waited a week. I explained this to the tech- he promptly said the manager said he will speak with your insurance company today (Monday) and call you by the end of the day. No call came Monday...Tuesday was a holiday. I called Wednesday had to leave a message with no return call, called again Thursday and left a more stern message still no call back. I finally called the phone number from when my original appointment was confirmed and reached a "human" she was nice and said she didn't understand why a manager was going to call me. I explained the situation she was able to see the parts were ordered and due in the next day. She called me Friday and my car was fixed Saturday. The new tech was good and seemed to know what he was doing. Just an overall frustrating situation.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a great experience The man sent to service our vehicle was very kind and tried to complete it to our satisfaction. But he was not very efficient. He ended up losing a bolt to our windshield wiper. They had to order it and it too until late the next day to come back with the bolt. My husband ended it up putting it back on himself. He also did not tell us when to take the tape off the windshield and the type of tape he used left a mark on our windshield and car. I have used Safelite in the past, but I am not sure if I will again. It was a very frustrating experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and efficient Chip in window was fixed quickly. My only negative comment is the paperwork said they cleaned the windows outside and vacuumed the inside. The did not vacuum; however, I was there to get my windshield chip fixed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All good! When Shawn arrived to replace my windshield, I figured it would be the "same old"--replace and we're done. It turned out that my car did NOT want a new windshield, and he worked diligently in the 100+ degree weather to get it out. Finally it was removed, the new windshield in--but two trim pieces cracked in the process. Shawn immediately made arrangements to replace them, and the next afternoon, he stopped by to put them on. We are very happy with the service (as always!), and thank our tech for his hard work!
