Poor clean up
I used safelite about a week ago. They came to me so it was very convenient. However. I asked the tech to be cautious and make sure that there wasn't any glass in the driveway because I have a toddler. Also, we walk outside barefoot daily. Later that evening, I was outside and I noticed shards of glass all over! I spent over an hour picking them up. Another thing that upset me, occured when the tech told me he was finished. I popped my trunk to see how it looked and there was glass everywhere. I asked him why he didn't vacuum it up, and he told me that he "couldn't find the trunk button". Really? He can notify me that the window replacement was complete, but he couldn't ask me to open the trunk? What about the back seat?? The car was unlocked! He didn't vacuum the glass that had fallen into the car

Great Service
I was very pleased with the communication on the arrival of the mobile shop by the technician. He was very responsive and called me in advance of the appointment and when he was a few minutes away. The technician explained to me what he was going to do and how, and gave me a time frame of when it would be finished. Overall I was very pleased with the communication, timeliness, and service.

I had to have my windshield replaced and the The process was very easy! The staff had all of my information ready and all I had to was confirm that the information was correct. The staff was very personable and professional. The technicians that worked on my vehicle were nice enough to clean up the shattered glass inside my car and replace my sticker and EZ Pass. They also cleaned my windows as well. This was a very stressful situation and the safelite team made things better for me!! They work they did was fantastic! They were very quick and professional. Thank you!!

When I first viewed the repaired area it appeared larger than when I brought car in . Also there was material around the repaired area . I was told this was probably sap from trees. Should this have been removed prior to doing repair? They took car back and removed material. The repaired area is still quite visible.

Auto glass wind shield
I don’t have the business card of the gentleman that came to my home to replace the windshield in my 2014 Lincoln MKX but all i can say is professional from start to finish. They explained what was being done as they removed the broken windshield and the same as they replaced the new one. When done they cleaned the inside of the vehicle and picked up any trash from outside the vehicle. They were truly professional.
