Management needs to learn what it is like to try and get repairs as a customer with set appointments and LENGTH of scheduling appointments. Especially if walk-ins are taken in first while making scheduled appointments wait. I still have lots to comment about how I was treated; however I did call corporate Ohio after waiting over 24 hours for the branch manager to call me back. This is my 'Official' transcript. This is not my first time I have had a 2:30pm, however when the window of appointment is pushed back it creates a crush hour ride home debacle which resulted in me canceling an evening appointment of my own. This was just plain WRONG!.
