Great job!!

I used Safelite for the first time to replace the windshield of my 2020 GMC Sierra. They came to the campground we were at and within a couple of hours, he was done. The tech explained that he had to take my truck for about 15 minutes to recalibrate the camera by the rearview mirror. All in all it was a quick process, I will use them again if needed!!

You cannot reach the Pooler Ga location on the phone. They do not answer their phone. Other than that the service was good.

No communication

I set my appointment provided my insurance info never heard anything about my estimated totals until the day I arrived wit my vehicle. Then I was told I had to pay an unpredicted amount I was told my insurance was validated & I had to pay out of pocket $91.00, which This should have been communicated to me before my appointment day ! That’s a lack of customer service!
