Rated 1 out of 5 by EECH from Rudest Technician I had scheduled days ago to have my windshield fixed and the technician, Dana, was extremely rude from the second she showed up. She was upset at me because she couldn't find a parking spot, something out of my control. She continued to get loud and angry at me and even at our new neighbors that were unloading their Uhaul in our driveway (something I didn't know was happening today). She said that she was just going to leave because of the parking and that I need to reschedule. She finally took a look at my windshield and rudely told me to schedule for a replacement in Eugene because she doesn't carry glass with her. She was going to schedule an appointment for me but I was so put off by her poor attitude that I told her that I'll just do it myself. Worst. Service. Ever.
