I had a nick in my windshield that I wanted to get fixed, figuring it compromised both the integrity and safety. My State Farm agent in Wells, Maine, Nancy Hafford, cooperated enthusiastically and in making an appointment, I was able to obtain a slot that very day. Visited the shop on Lafayette Road, the guys got to work immediately, and in less than an hour my windshield was repaired and I was back on the road. Kudos to all!

This was the second repair done to a windshield in two weeks. The first was a repair to a chip in my F150 windshield which was done in 20 minutes without leaving a visible mark and the second was a replacement my SUV windshield. After a stone put a 12+ inch crack in the SUV windshield and our insurance company set us up with Safelite Glass for a replacement. We had our appointment in two days and the replacement was done in less than two hours. The replacement windshield fit like a glove and all of the stickers and the toll tag were replaced exactly where they were on the old windshield. Thanks Safelite for two good jobs.
