Windshield replacement

This team worked through issues presented beyond their control as my insurance company was as well. Transitioning from one State to another is not as easy as in years past. My first review led me to learn more and Safelite Pueblo, responded in kind. They actually read and take actions. I was contacted by Safelite on our rescheduling, working with our situation, and stayed on the phone with me ensuring we came to an immediate resolution. This took a great deal of time, actions speak for themselves and I assure you , they went the extra mile and I would recommend taking your auto glass hear. They do the replacement in the shop and are speedy, excellent quality and respectful.

I was there about 45 minutes. A young man met me at my car. I was greeted at my car and she told me they would fix 3 rock hits on my windshield. I bought new windshield wipers.

Running late

I was running late...but as soon as I arrived I was greeted by the gentlemen that would work our vehicle. Very nice took our car right in. We were greeted with snacks and drinks. Before I knew it they were done our windshield looked great and they even vacuumed our car...thanks sidelight. D

Great Job

I worked through my insurance company to have Safelite replace my cracked windshield. The process was seamless and went very smooth. I really appreciated the communication (via text) about my appointment and keeping me posted about when to expect the technician. He arrived within the time-frame selected and the entire replacement took just over 30 minutes. He talked to me about what to do if I had any issues (which I have not), was very polite and helpful.
