Was great and the service technician was friendly and helpful!

I made an appointment on the website for what I thought to be a morning appointment, but I learned upon arrival that in reality it was not time-specific. I originally expected to wait a couple hours but it seemed that it could now take most of the day to get my work truck fixed and back on the road. Argh!
That’s when the nice lady at the counter got the shop manager, who then spoke with me. He explained how the appointment was definitely NOT time-specific, and then looked over my truck, checked to see if the glass had arrived and said he’d be back. So I sat down, and before I got settled, my truck was gone from it’s parking spot and in the shop! In less than an hour it was done and I was on my way.
