Rated 2 out of 5 by from It was not what I experience When I went to pick up my truck the glass work was good what I didn't like was the fact that their was resadue of glass all over my car they had not vacuum any broken pieces and I had to clean it myself I call them and even tho they apologize I am second guess next time I need auto glass

Rated 5 out of 5 by from # 1 super star tech My door glass was broken by a burglar. I was terrified and shaken up. I knew there was only one choice for auto glass, Safelite would be my savior. I made the call... the lady on the phone was kind and warm. The day of the appointment, the technician pulled around the corner in a shiny van. He was like a warrior gliding across the horizon to save me. He hopped out of his chariot, and I kid you not his feet didn’t touch the ground once. He glided towards me with a halo over his beautiful head. I passed out from sheer amazement. I awoke up to Corrin helping me up. It hadn’t been 30 seconds since I fainted and the job was already done. I was astonished. He gave me my warranty and hopped back onto his noble steed as he disappeared into the setting sun. Thank you Safelite for sending my angel.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Appointment Time Not Kept Had an appointment time of 8 - 1 with a note on file to please come after 12:30 which "Mark" said would be no problem. The tech called in the morning saying we were his first appointment, and i asked him if he seen the note added to our file. Initally he did, but when i mentioned it, he seen it and acknowledged that it was workable. later in the day i get an email from safelite saying we had be reassigned to another tech "Jordan". he calls to say he would not be here until 4 to 4:30. This truck is a field survey truck and was scheduled to be back in the field with a crew in the afternoon. needless to say, all of that had to be rescheduled to another day, thus causing delays for the Client. I called Safelite to request some type of credit and was told they do not compensate for lost time, but if you have to cancel an appointment they have no problem charging you for it. so why doesn't it go the other way!!!
