Very Disappointed in the whole process
It took me three attempts with appointments to finally get them to show up to my facility to replace a windshield. This after I rearranged my drivers schedule in order to have the vehicle on site for the work to be performed.

Service ok, but overall bad experience
I got my windshield replaced with safelite on Wednesday July 12. They showed up on time, but the work order had been done incorrectly, and the windshield was not one I had requested. The technician gave me a discount for taking the incorrect windshield, but after the replacement was done, the technician broke my rear view mirror. I was told I was getting a free replacement that friday and someone would call me to let me know when they were going to do the replacement. No one ever called me, and when I called and inquired about when the replacement of the mirror would be, they said it would be the following week. I am pleased with the service overall, but disappointed that the mirror wasn't replaced more hastily, instead of 8 days later.

Extremely accommodating
These guys were extremely accommodating. My location plans to have the winshield replaced fell through on my part. The company easily worked with me to change locations without loosing any time. We were able to have the repair completed at their shop which turned out to be better than the original appointment location. Awesome!
