Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fine, so far Had a new windshield installed a week ago, so all comments are based on this short time period. While driving home I noticed a "fluttering" noise when driving above 50 mph. I think this was due to some tape placed on the windshield as a precaution as I drove the car home. I removed the tape (noting that one of them had loosened from the top of the car) and haven't noticed the noise at all. I'm almost positive this noise was from the tape hitting the top of the car. This has been the only wrinkle I've noticed so far. .

Ryan was very professional and very personable young man. He explained the process of his work and performed with confidence and did a great job. What amazed me is that he likes his job and it showed. I would highly recommend Safelight to anyone who has to have their windshield replaced. Ask for Ryan. When you have a technician like Ryan ,who enjoys the work and speaks highly of the company the quality of the work shows. Thank you Ryan for your excellent customer service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed and inconvenienced After getting my windshield replaced I got on the freeway and the window started buzzing/rattling. I called safelite immediately and they asked if I could come back and I could not. I then set up an appointment to have them visit my home on Tuesday this week. At 10 I called to see what time they would arrive and found out that they resecheduled my appointment for today without even calling me to let me know, and the appointment was in Salinas which is not even the city I live in. I'm very disappointed, because now I have to find time to take it back out to their shop in San Jose to fix the window, which is 40 minutes for my house. I'm very unhappy and disappointed in the quality of work and service after they messed up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from My 4th appointment was finallly right At-home appointment #1 - I got a call from the tech well into my 4 hour window that the windshield just arrived and it was cracked. Maybe St Patrick's Day on a Friday afternoon had something to do with it. Appt #2 - the windshield that was brought to the appointment didn't fit my car. They'll have to order directly from the automaker. Appt #3 - once again, the windshield that was brought to the appointment didn't fit my car. They'll have to order directly from the automaker. Deja vu! Appt #4 went perfectly.
