Safelite® is two blocks east of Costco, about a mile south of Safeco field, between Airport Way and 6th ave. It's two blocks south of Spokane Street. Watch TV and enjoy some coffee and water if you'd like to wait in the shop. Starbucks is two blocks away. A deli and teriyaki place are less than a block up the street.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best!! We had just bought a new used car that had a crack in the windshield, not blocking the drivers side, but annoying enough to view. I contacted a couple of businesses and settled on safelite due to the price being some dollars less. What an amazing, quick, efficient job they did from the phone call to the final work done, everything was perfect and I would highly recommend to all my friends and family to not look anywhere else but just contact safelite. They did such an awesome job. The staff and technician were amazing. Don't even bother contacting another shop. You won't regret it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Regrettable Experience Fist scheduled to drive-in (in two weeks - plenty of time to order everything) - upon arrival at shop, they did not have the windshield in stock. No heads-up. I simply was told to return the next day. I called to make sure it was indeed in stock prior to heading out (which I advise), and was informed that the windshield would not be in stock until the day after. Repeat... Nearly two weeks later, they finally had it in stock and fixed it in the lot. Unfortunately, the technician broke off a plastic clip in the windshield molding and did not inform me. I only became aware of the issue after the molding started to come off at highway speeds. Now I need to replace the part. Unpleasant experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1st Time Using Safelite Experience The process was great and easy, making a quick appointment online. The time frame given online was 12-5pm. Quite a broad window. A couple hours before noon, I got a text, then a call from the service tech, narrowing that window to 2-3pm. Great communication! The technician LJ was great. Relayed what he was going to do very well, kept me apprised of the progress, and was very accommodating. The process was all handled very professionally.
