Terrible 2 FAILED appointments. 1st appointment the tech called me to tell me the intended replacement windshield had a scratch and he may not be able to get another. I called their office and they told me the tech had just taken the day off. So he lied. But I rescheduled like a fool. 2nd appointment the tech neglected to bring parts that tend to break when he does repairs on my type of vehicle. I called their office and was told that, if they do break, (by the fault of the tech), I would have to pay for his error. Immediately cancelled because of this obvious tactic to pad the bill. Do not use this overly promoted, unreliable, and dishonest company.

Fantastic service. Having a window broken is a disorienting experience, and I was “not thrilled” to have to schedule an appointment to get my windshield replaced. I was able to set up an appointment two days from the incident. I was one of the first (but not the first) to arrive at their office. I had no other means of transportation so I decided to stay nearby, hoping I wouldn’t wait too long.
The front office definitely noticed this, worked some scheduling magic and was able to get my car back to me much quicker than anticipated.
