Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very helpfull I had the windshield replaced recently, and they replaced it in the driveway. @ this time, I am unable to drive. Everything looks good, until you get up close and you can see scuff marks around the windshield on the painted surfaces, I'm not crying to much, it's a 1997 model, so it's not in the best shape. Just great to have it done at home an not need to take it somewhere.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Experience!!! I set up an appointment to get my windshield changed, the appointment was from 12-4 on a Monday. The technician calls at 3:45 to tell me the wrong glass was shipped so he said he would reschedule the appointment for the following Monday. I call Friday to make sure the correct glass was there and found out that the appointment hadn't been made. The earliest appt. I could get was Thursday from 8-2 well at 230 Thursday I get a call from the technician stating that he is on his way so I informed him that I had left work and we would have to reschedule. I called safelite the next day to reschedule for the following Tuesday from 8-4 this time the tech calls at 5pm wanting to know if he can come change the glass after I had already drove 45 min to my house. So I get on the phone again wanting to cancel the order but I was assured that It would be done 1st thing in the morning. Wednesday I called at 8am, 10am, 1pm and again at 3pm the tech shows up at 5pm an hour after the appt. ended. He was able to finish before I left work at 6. He did a great job and was professional. I think that they should have made it a priority to change a windshield for someone whose appointment had bed missed soo many times. I will never use this company again and won't recommend to anyone.

The convenience of being able to not leave my home and having to wait in a waiting area for hours was fantastic! I was able to get work done in my house and take care of other business from my home office.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service! Had my windshield replaced a couple weeks ago at our warehouse in Bossier City. The tech definitely knew what he was doing and knew how to get it done fast. I even bugged him about the procedure and it didn't faze him a bit. He just kept on doing his job, all while answering my questions. He was done in record time (as far as I was concerned) and I was ready to get on with my day.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worse experience possible! 1. Had to reschedule due to wrong windshield ordered even with VIN #. 2. Technician left large power tool and smaller tool on engine and closed hood which we discovered after my wife drove around and check hood light comes on due to bent hood! 3. Technician did not call to ask if we had seen his tools till next day after we called national helpline. 4. Wipers did not work next day on 6 hour road trip forcing us to stop at a Mercedes dealership in Little Rock to reconnect wiper motor which was disconnected day before by your technician. 5. Tried for over a month to get reimbursed by the manager, Scott, which never happened. Finally got repaid after calling national helpline.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ads are very misleading-Very Poor scheduling I had a window replaced yesterday. I was scheduled on 7-29-15 from 12 to 6 pm. At 6:30 pm. I called to see what was the reason for missing the appointment.I got no answer,so I called the Call center. The representative was very helpful. I was told that they had to order the glass,but no one called to inform me of this. I received a call on Monday 8-3-15 to tell me the glass was in & to reschedule my installation. I was scheduled for 8-5-15 from 8 am to 12 noon. At 12:30 pm,I called to see why no-one showed. I was told they were short-handed and the technician had several calls before me. He finally arrived at 2:15 pm,apologized for the Manager making promises that the technicians are unaware of. He installed the glass,made every attempt to clean up hsi mess,but in his rush to get finished,made a scratch on the exterior near the new glass,as well as leaving behind,small shards of broken glass from the removal and leaving spots of adhesive during installation. I was also promised a new pair of wiper blades to compensate for the messed up 1st appointment. None were brought,the technician claimed he knew nothing about it. With this being my 1st encounter with this company, I am appalled at how disorganized they were as well as not being considerate of their customers to keep them informed of changes.
