Parking is terrible at this facility, but they know it and do their best to mitigate it (service place I went to was on Post Street downtown just off of Third Avenue. I am also disappointed with the repair. In the old days (okay 20 years ago) the repair to the windshield would have rendered the rock chip invisible. After this repair it looked like they hardly did anything to it. They assured me it was "sealed" so I'll take their word for it, however I'm keeping a watchful eye on it as I see the three-pronged star every time I get in my car.

The intake person that I spoke with needs a bit more training. She kept asking for "what city the damage happened in" and I kept explaining that it was on a two lane highway very near the Canadian border between two small lake villages. I gave her a mile marker and approximate mileage north and south of the location of my car being damaged. I had to call the shop to check on the status of my car as I was not contacted when my car was finished.

Recently needed to have the passenger side window replaced. Booked the appointment online (quick and easy) and then dropped the car off a couple days later. I was told the service would take 69 minutes so I figured I grab a bite to eat across the street.

So I wondered over to the burger place and placed my order. Before the burger was in my hand, I had a phone call saying the replacement was done.

Talk about fast! 10 out of 10! Great service.

Very pleased with the work done replacing the windshield on my 2017 Honda. Completed
within the time frame promised. Interior front vacuumed and wiped down. Technician explained the process and what I needed to do for the next 24 hours. All staff was congenial. Hopefully don’t have to go again ( broken window), but will if the need arises.

Had a chip repaired. It took 30 minutes and looked good afterwards.

Over the years, our family has received excellent service from Safelite for rock chip repairs and windshield replacements. This past visit was no exception. Scheduling an appointment was easy through my insurance company's website, and Jeremy provided efficient and expert service for my windshield replacement.

The window replacement was performed very quickly. The repairman, Treay, was very courteous and helpful.

Loved the service I received. The staff were so welcoming and cheerful. They even cleaned off my windshields for me. So happy I went to them!!!!
