The tech Jessica was super sweet and informative. However I’m not happy with the result of patching my windshield. But I was warned by her about it and was given another alternative.

So many small things!!!
First, technician was late to the appointment and wanted to reschedule. Did not reschedule instead tried to work through the evening, until it was dark. Second, The window did not get fixed that evening, had to return the next day. Then issues with card reader. Now, the window is still not fixed, the technician has to come out again. Over a week.
