Went to ask them after this location took my business 3 times on repairing my front and back glass on my F150 6 years ago and also my personal car to ask if they could remove my rear view mirror and manager said he could not do it because they were not sure how it comes off and did not want to break my windsheild,what kind of professionals are you guys,are you kidding?Went to Nexus Glass in Milford and it took owner 5 minutes to remove and put new one in its place Horrible customer service too hard to remove a mirror

I had this shop replace my front and rear windows on my F150 and my personal car,which totaled over 1500 dollars,went back and asked later on if they could remove my rearview mirror and the manager did not want to because they were afraid they would break the windshield,what kind of skilled help do u have,never will bring my business back there again,went to Nexus Glass in Milford and the man did it in 5 minutes,no problem,thats a true professional,not some fly by night chainstore,Go back Safelite and learn how to do all areas of your business

John and his team were great. I had a passenger window explode that created a nightmare for my German Sheppard Yankee and myself. He got the glass in that we needed the very next morning and we were on our way. My insurance company All State was terrible and has lost my business to Geico. Genuine hospitality from John and his entire team made all the difference!

Staff very friendly from John the manager to Nate the technician who replaced my window, exactly the time they needed is exactly the time it took them to change my front windshield. Thank you! The manager is so kind, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. They also were very quick getting my car in and out knowing I was going to be waiting there.
