We had a crack in our windshield after a trip. I called Safelite and set up an appointment to have the windshield replaced the very next day! The representative was very helpful and provided me with the option of going to the shop or having them to come me as well as several time choices. The tech who came out was very professional and replaced the windshield in no time. The total experience exceeded my expectations! Thank you for a job well done!

Excellent Customer Service
Technician came out to my work and replaced the windshield in my Volvo. I have cameras and heaters in my windshield, which made it a bit difficulty to handle and the technician had never done one like that before. But, he did a great job and everything worked perfectly after he was done. It just had to be re-calibrated by Volvo, as recommended. Otherwise, service was great! He also vacuumed out my car and made sure he was done and out of the way by the time it got dark.
