2nd appointment not successful because new replacement glass had a broken plastic piece for front camera mount.
Day before 3rd appointment message and call from local office concerning bringing in car after replacement to reprogram some features including camera and warning systems. Tried to respond, but office staff left for the day. Requested reply day of replacement and received none.
3RD appointment windshield was replaced. Told technician I would get programming done by dealership. 3 hours after appointment, went to move car and realized tech did not give me the car keys back after replacement. Texted technician and he texted back that he left keys on the front gate of the driveway
