I lost three weeks waiting for the correct glass and molding. During this time, the office called me multiple times per day with schedules and reschedules. On two occasions, they arrived with the wrong molding, despite repeatedly assuring me that the issue had been corrected. There appears to be a complete lack of internal communication. Terrible experience this time

I had an appointment 11/25/2025. They came, made the crack bigger and were not able to repair. I was told they would schedule me for 12/6 between 8-12. They have not showed-I called the 1-877 number, was told they closed the claim as repaired. Unable to speak to someone until Monday. Totally unacceptable!!!!

The repair process is only an attempt to save the integrity of the glass, at times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip. If at any time the repair spreads and or you are unhappy with the repair; that amount will be credited toward the full replacement of your windshield.
