Had an awesome experience. Staff very friendly, and the service was spot on. They vacuumed my car and cleaned off the dash and cleaned the windshield inside and out. The best service I have ever had.

I recently stopped in at Safelight Auto Glass in Tooele, UT. They said an appointment was not needed. They inspected my windshield and said they could fix the chips in about an hour. The job was done quickly. There was no cost as my Allstate insurance covered the bill. The windshield looks much better and I don't have to worry about one larger chip getting larger as we go into winter. Friendly and fast customer service. I recommend Safelight to anyone with chips or holes in the windshield, especially in Utah weather with winter approaching!

I went to have a windshield replaced. The manager was kind enough to call me and ask me to push back my appointment for 30 minutes to make sure they had my windshield available, and wouldn't have to wait longer. I arrived a little early, where the manager and a technician met me at my vehicle, checked the damage, and verified they had what we needed. I chose to stay and wait for my vehicle to be done and was told 90 minutes, was offered water, hot beverages, and snack if wanted, as well as wifi access, and a television to watch any program I chose. I ended up relaxing and enjoying the quiet for only about an hour before my windshield was replaced, my windows all washed, and my vehicle vacuumed out (those last two were a surprise to me!) My care instructions were given to me, as well as a receipt, and I was out the door headed home. I will be going back for any of my glass related needs, and will definitely be recommending their service to friends and family.
