The work was completed as promised and I am reasonably happy with the result of the glass repair. The staff was highly professional and accommodating. The waiting area was pleasant and comfortable. Scheduling was easy and convenient.

After the tech replaced the glass, everything worked fine from the driver controls, but cannot roll window up or down from the back seat

I received service from alfredo and matt today on 1/8/19 they were were efficient neat and knowledgeable. They came in with a smile and left with a smile,and left me with clear understanding of what had taken place there work ethic was outstanding and i felt like they had a true understanding of team work.I hope this company takes care of valuble employees like this they surpassed expectations thank you matt and alfredo!!!!

Kept me informed about arrival time, showed up on time, worked efficiently and was very polite! Kept my car clean and was able to answer any questions I had.

I found Safelite very easy to work with when I first called to request service, and was relieved that a mobile technician was available to come to us the next day (4 days before Christmas). I was a little concerned about the 5-hour service window that I was provided, but then was very pleasantly surprised when the technician called that morning to say he'd had a few cancellations and could come immediately if we were available. So, we ended up having the work completed before our original service window even began. I appreciated that Safelite texted me a photo of our technician and emailed/texted other relevant information for our awareness and records. Matt was very friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly. I hope to never need this service again, but if I do, Safelite will absolutely be my first choice.
