The workmanship was really good. I was a little scared when we had big bad storms headed our way. The tech looked at his phone's weather app and realized he needed to wait before removing the glass windshield on my car. He waited in his van and when the time was right, he did everything lickity split. The only thing I did not like about the process was that the waiting window was so large. I had to be ready from 1pm-6pm. I didn't hear anything until he was headed my way. I hate the waiting game, but it was a mobile job so I had to wait for him to come to my destination. If I had gone to their shop, I would have had an exact time appointment. Maybe next time if I have a next time.

I had a windshield replaced by safelite on my 2014 Avalon limited the technician Gus contacted me and gave me a 2 hr service window them called me back and ask me if it’s was ok to come early I said yes he was very professional and did a great job he was in and out in 45 minutes I couldn’t ask for better service Safelite is my choice for winshield replacement
