I called to have my Windshield replaced figuring I’d get a date a week or two away and was surprised when they asked if the next day would be OK. I was sent the technicians picture beforehand which I was grateful for because he was coming to my house. The technician was very friendly, efficient and seemed to genuinely like his job. He did an excellent job replacing my windshield in a reasonable amount of time and was on his way. It couldn’t have been easier.

As always Safelite, professional courteously and efficient. The work is always great. I received text messages of progress starting at 7:00 am, which was fantastic. Then all of sudden the text messages stop after it stated i was going to receive a call from Erika. No bid deal cause i could not pick up the care until lunch time. I didn't get a follow up call and lost as few of hours of when I could have got the car. I called finally after not getting one to be told they got busy and forgot to call me the car was done for while. That was disappointing. However over all the work was great as always maybe just a coaching moment for next time.
