While I was in the office waiting for my window to be replaced, there was a woman sitting next to me on her computer. She was wearing a Safelite shirt and appeared to be from HR or perhaps some sort of regional role. She talked on her phone to another location and was essentially reprimanding the other manger on the phone in front of myself and two additional customers. She was talking about how she needed to meet with the manager on the phone to discuss their staffing plans and volume and that she didn't understand why staff were being sent to another location, etc., etc. She then began speaking with the manager for that location about how nice the location looked and how due to how busy they were that he was approved to start hiring another team member. As an HR professional myself, I found it incredibly unprofessional. It made myself and others in the waiting area very uncomfortable. It's sad that a great location with great service could have this tainted reflection based on the actions of someone outside of their location.
