The technicians were great and quick and helpful. But leading up to the appointment was frustrating: 1) booked for you to come to my home, but then a week later told you can't do that; 2) rebooked to go to one of your locations, and then a week later told my appt was changed bc you needed to order the glass (?); 3) told the service would take 2 hours but when I arrived I was told it would take up to 4 to include recalibrating. By this time I had planned to stay for the servide, but didn't want to sit there for 4 hours so I ubered home and back (after the technicians hustled and actually DID get the job done in 2 hours, but by the time I knew this I was already home and committed to having to uber back). So the technical service was great, but communications were frustrating.
