My first FULL windshield replacement done by a Safelite in Georgia was a bit of a disaster, later leaking rain into the car. And I was given false information that I would need to return to THAT location to get it fixed.
But when ANOTHER rock hit the windshield necessitating a SECOND full replacement, I visited a location in VA that was courteous, professional, and efficient -- and got the job done right. No leaks so far! Now if only I can keep the rocks away from me!!

Shout Out to Andre, Chi & Satterfield. Andre was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, helpful and kind - when you have something like a leaking windshield it is very stressful. Hi, some plastic parts of my vehicle beneath the windshield were broken while replacement. The agent promised they'd find and replace these parts. It's been 4 months and I am still waiting to hear from them. My phone calls also go answered.

The first appointment I made did not go well. I had to reschedule as they were unable to get to my car. The second time around, they replaced my windshield. It seems well done as there are no leaks, but only time will tell. At their recommendation, I had new wipers installed. Don't do it. They're poor quality and did not work well. It rained the first week after installation. I tried to return them for a refund, but they said "It does not work that way". I asked how it worked and the service rep replied that they will try to fix the issue. You can't fix poor quality.
