Very professional group from safelite. We had to have 7 of our 10 windows replaced. They followed up during the process. We had to order another part and they took care of it. I would highly recommend the location and Andrew is amazing!!

If I was rating solely on the quality and workmanship it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately the customer support and partnership with USAA missed the mark. No one from Safelite stepped up to take ownership due to the multiple delays with outside vendor since glass was not on hand. Resulted in a lot of work and personal rescheduling and frustration. Fix customer service/support and own the shortcomings. Give the technicians credit for world class manual labor and professional installs.

I had the windshield of my C6 Corvette replaced at SafeLite in Arlington (4332 Washington Blvd. ). This model car is very prone to have issues with rearview mirror shakiness when the windshield is replaced, since the mirror mounts to the windshield. The issue is even more likely to occur with a non-OEM windshield which is what I chose to have installed. As such I was very concerned and anxious to have this done, particularly since I have modified my rearview mirror (added a heavy camera screen) in a manner that further increases the likelihood of this issue occurring. I also have done many modifications to the interior trim (wrapped the interior trim pieces that surround the windshield, as well as the dashboard, in suede) that I was anxious could easily get damaged.
I could not be happier that Josh (master tech) was the one to handle my car. First off, his demeanor reminds me of the bedside manner of a great doctor. He speaks with confidence and reassurance, and in a manner that makes it clear he cares as much about your car as you do. That made a huge difference.
The most important item to note though is of course that he performed the work flawlessly and efficiently. The windshield was installed perfectly and there is no shakiness of the rearview mirror or any other issues. I will be seeking out Josh every time I need any type of work done.

My window was cracked from all the ice and cold temperatures. I went online to make the appointment and it was really easy. I expected it to be more difficult because I was using my car insurance. Once my car arrived to the location everything was smooth. I will definitely do it again.
