My windshield was replaced quickly and looks great, but the wiper blades were expensive and either defective or installed incorrectly because the driver's side blade fell off during use the day after installation. I tried reaching out via both email and text to see about getting this resolved, and after several business days with zero response I had to buy a new wiper blade on my way home from work so I could drive safely.

I would just like to say that my experience with Safelite was stellar. Would give 10 stars if that was possible. Communication was great all around. Andrew came to our residence and was professional, very pleasant, and did a wonderful job. I wish I had thought of getting some cash. . . would have liked to have been able to tip him!
