The appointment was very easy to set up. The crew that replaced my windshield called first thing in the morning with an approximate time of arrival and then about an hour before with a more exact time. They were very professional, friendly, and were done in about an hour. They even refastened my registration and toll tag. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again.

I had my passenger front side glass replaced by Matthew. He was friendly, professional and did a great job with the replacement. Efficient and quick as well. What I did not like, which I believe is something Safelite tells their techs to do, in case there are any future glass claims. My receipt indicated soiled areas in the car. Floor, seats, dashboard, etc. The floor I can understand but the other areas are not soiled and didn't know about this until I saw the receipt in an email. In addition, the mileage indicated on the receipt is 50,000. Wrong. The actual mileage is close to 30,000. It may be a 5-year-old vehicle, but it is not driven as much as other vehicles. I don't blame Matt for any of this. I believe management tells them to note deficiencies even if they are not present. The 5 stars is for Matthew, but I would give 2 stars for the company.

Scheduling very easy for home install, but I guess getting canceled is very easy for safe light as well. Safe light claims because I had a classic truck i had to bring to shop. Day wasted.
