The second person that came out did a very good job and finished the job. But had to take a second half day off of work because the first person who showed up said he did not have the right codes for my vehicle. And he was behind and had to get somewhere else. Was not happy had to take another half day off work.

I appreciate a fast appointment, being able to drop off the car with a staff member around. I recommend that the initial cost information provided by the representative include mentioning the fee for recycling glass. This is in addition to the cost of replacement + tax. I was not aware of this fee until I saw the receipt with the appointment confirmation.
