I had some issues with a windshield replacement. After the insurance company and Safelite made arrangements eveything went smoothly. Safelite did a great job.

Went to safelite for a windshield replacement. After 3 hour, 15 minutes they told me they could not finish the job because they couldn't calibrate it. Had to go to Subaru dealer who informed me that they had installed an after market windshield that would not work with Subaru safety features. Still waiting for help.
