The request for repair services was a simple and straightforward process. The Customer Service was very accommodating and the turnaround time to complete the repair was fast. (the vehicle was brought into the location and repairs were completed the same day, I chose to pickup the vehicle the next morning).
I was also given notice that the repair was complete via phone call from one of the Safelite representatives.
Overall I had great experience with Safelite and would definitely choose their services in the future.

At first, the installation appeared to be perfect. Later, upon scrutiny by 2 different body shops, the technicians believed it was installed wrong or that the aftermarket windshield was imperfect and what looked like body damage was the windshield installation.

The entire team did a great job, starting with the Manager D'Wayne Lonon then with the specialist technician that did the windshield replacement, despite the volumen of work that they usually do on Saturdays they did it on time, thank you guys.
