Had to come back 3 times still didn't work but they still charged me for a calibration they didn't do. They took off the premium wipers I had on and put cheap junk that I already had to replace and charged me an extra $60. Go elsewhere.

After speaking to a representative I was informed they would be able to replace the windshield of our vehicle only to arrive and refused to help. The person at the counter then called one manager who said they could help, and then the guy at the location stopped trying to figure it out because he didn't want to read an email from the warranty company. Not only that but he had the worst attitude and acted like we were wasting his time.

Service at the Bloomsburg store was excellent, fast, and professional. I was in and out with a new windshield in under an hour. The facility was clean and the staff was helpful and very friendly. I needed to use the chat while setting up the service to ask insurance-related questions, and the representative was helpful and knowledgeable.
