Hello. Your communication is terrible. I took my vehicle into the Boulder Colorado store to have a windshield replaced and someone left a cell phone attached to the hood of my vehicle with glue. A mistake obviously. I left and didn't notice it until I was 12 or 15 miles away. I tried to call 2 different phone numbers associated with this particular Boulder Safelite business and only got the national number with your obnoxious Safelite jingle. I could NOT get a hold of the local store to tell them about the phone. Terrible business practice and communication. I tried various options on your AI, or whatever your answering system is to no avail. The guys at the store were fine, but because of this I will go to another windshield replacement company. Really poor not being able to get ahold of someone at the local store.
