Your shop technicians were wonderful, polite explained everything BUT phone system can be improved, and inspection of replacement glass should be done for defects before sent to shop so rescheduling does not have to take place. This would avoid problems with rescheduling which can cause inconvenience.

The customer service was great online quick and easy. Then the rep came before that he called stating he was early which was awesome. He came by installed the window and with the coolest attitude. I did feel bad when I didn’t have cash to tip him because he was totally professional and knew his stuff. He didn’t have the wipers that fit so he told me I would get reimbursed for it but then the next day another rep came with the wipers and also totally cool and professional. Best experience in customer in a long time.

I was recently traveling on I-95, and unfortunately, had a rock fly up out of nowhere hitting and shattering my windshield. I called my insurance company and was referred to Safelite for a windshield replacement and calibration for safety features on my car. The company was prompt, efficient and streamlined everything about my appointment from start to finish. They continuously kept me informed both by text and email, even notifying me when the mechanic started my replacement job. They completed my replacement earlier than originally quoted and were very personable and thorough when picking up my car upon completion. Safelite is everything they advertise and more!
