Unfortunately took 3 appointments to finally get window replaced due to damaged bracket on first attempt and weather causing a rescheduled appointment for 2nd attempt. 3rd time was a charm but recalibration of rain sensor did not work from my house due to vehicle type. I had to drive to store location for calibration unfortunately. At the end of the day, winshield was replaced and calibration of se sors was completed. Took a couple of weeks though. Everyone was professional and service was good overall with all the hickups.

Experienced a cracked windshield while traveling out of town. Contacted Safelite on a Sunday afternoon, they verified that my insurance covered the replacement windshield and handled filing the claim. They ordered the correct windshield for my vehicle, and scheduled the mobile replacement for two days later. Safelite kept me appraised of the service schedule, and the Technician arrived when he said he would, after contacting me prior to verify when he would be there. The most pleasant technician I've met in a long time! I watched his work and he explained things as he went, I learned so much! Great care was taken to protect my vehicle both inside and out while he did his work. With minimal effort on my end, a new windshield is in place along with new wiper blades, and I am ready to continue my travels! Thank you, Safelite!!!
