I'm a very happy customer and will definitely come back for more glass repairs! Safelite really went the extra mile to fix my back window. Jeff, the technician who worked on it, was the same skilled professional who fixed the glass on our childcare van two years ago. He did an excellent job. I had scheduled the appointment for that Tuesday between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm. , and he arrived just before 12:00, around 11:40, after driving 45 minutes from his previous job. Despite knocking a few times because I overslept my alarm, he was super professional, patient, and understanding. Because it was raining and the carport wasn’t suitable for the glue to bond properly, Jeff kindly offered to take my car to the shop 45 minutes away, which I gladly accepted. Once at Safelite, they got my car in almost immediately—even though it wasn’t scheduled for that day—and everyone at the Carbondale location was friendly, efficient, and quick. My experience was fantastic, and I’m already planning to come back for the two more windows I need to have fixed.

I scheduled online as they tell you to do. No one showed up, Changed the appointment, no one showed up. I was getting confirmation texts. I called and was told that their system was not assigning the work. She made me an appointment. Hateful manager called and cancelled it and said I had to bring it to the shop he did not have a mobile unit. He cancelled my appt and refunded my money. I called corporate. They made me an appt. The nice guy showed up but had the wrong windshield. They went to my home while I was out of town and installed. I came back to find that the antenna was dangling just like it was when they did my truck and charged me an extra $89 for coming to me. I called to get them to fix this. I was told to get 2 sided tape and tape it up myself. OR, I could bring it to them and they would use 2 sided tape. Since I work for an insurance agency close by, I sure hope that my insureds are not experiencing what I experienced.
