Technician Kai of Safelite was outstanding. He completed windshield install in two of my vehicles. The time frame I selected was 8-1pm. Kai called at 7:30 to let me know he would be there by 8am. He was professional and polite. He kept me informed on the progress and completion. I was able to pay after services were completed.
