Started out with a small star and ended up with a bigger star right in frount of my view for driving. I spoke to customer sevice and he explained to me it's not a repair it was a patch to hold me over until I would by a new windshield . I'm confused I always thought a repair ment to fix something... I wanted the repair done to avoid the star in my windshield from getting bigger and blocking my view while driving .but now I have this bigger star drowning my attention to it instead of paying attention to the road and traffic around me so I can drive safe not just for myself but for others ... I have terminal cancer and i had an accident and had to have both my knees replaced .. so I I truly depend on my transportation for my doctor's appointments and Physical therapy .. Wow what a lot of stress .. please in the future tell people up frount that your service is just a patch not a repair ... so peole Will be able to plan for another exspence for a new windshield on top of the exspence for the patch ..
