I was very impressed how quickly they were able to schedule my windshield replacement. The technician Derrick was very reliable, communicative and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Had great customer care experience with Leo with replacing my windshield!! He was so patient and knowledgeable, went over everything with me in a way that made sense to me even directions for when I leave!
It's been a week or so and no issues with anything. If I need anything similar I'll definitely go back to the Churchville location and ask for Leo.
Review by John D. on 17 Sep 2025review stating Made a mess and snapped a stud
I went out to check out my car after the technician had finished working and found glass shards all over my driveway. I was able to sweep up roughly a baseball-sized pile of glass shards. I made sure not to have the technician reinstall my interior plastic trim when he was finished and I'm thankful I did. I was able to see that he snapped a mounting stud on my spoiler when removing it.
On the bright side it does look like the glass was installed correctly
