I had an in home installation of my windshield done while I was gone from my home. I thought everything went well until I noticed that my antenna was not on my vehicle. It was difficult to get someone's help but I did get a reply. They stated that they would investigate and get back with me on the matter. They did investigate, and they did get back with me with an answer. The answer was unfortunately they couldn't find my antenna but they would order me a new one to replace it. Well I have been waiting several weeks now and still no antenna for my tundra. And nobody has reached back out to me to explain the delay. I thought that this would be an easy thing for them to resolve but clearly I was mistaken.

I watched this young man work periodically during the time he was here, and I felt like I was watching a professional training video. He was meticulous in every single detail of his work. The care he took was unlike anything I have ever seen. He didn't cut corners. He never checked his cell phone. He was laser focused on the task at hand.
Whatever you pay him is not enough. Get him his own store immediately or put him in charge of training or his own commercial, because he is the best advertising Safelite could have. We have only ever used Safelite for our windshield needs, but he seals the deal for us not ever having to look elsewhere. You don't see dedication like this in service industries anymore and it was so refreshing to see that it still exists. KUDOS Jordan!

I am very disappointed that we can not be updated on approximate timing except for an 8hr window this is very unacceptable will be going to a different glass company and recommending somewhere else with at least a 2hr window of timing

William was promptly on time. He explained the entire process before asking if I wanted him to start. I was already impressed with him. He proceeded with confidence and always answered my questions. William estimated time to take would be one hour. In about 50 minutes the job was finished. He is a professional person and really knows his craft. I was also impressed with working through our insurance company who also scheduled the replacement. I am a very happy customer! Yes, I will recommend Safelite.
