Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service Had scheduled an appointment to have a crack in my windshield repaired, but when I arrived, was told that the crack was too large and the entire windshield would need to be replaced. I was leaving town that day to go back to Cincinnati, where I attend school, and the receptionist was so helpful in scheduling me an appointment for the following day in Cincinnati. At the appointment the next day, the technician was very welcoming and pleasant, the work was done in a timely manner and to my, albeit untrained eye, appears to be of high quality. Very happy with the experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great in-store experience My in-store experience was great. I only had issues when attempting to schedule to have my window fixed. It was extremely cold out,and I had to work the next two days. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to schedule my window getting fixed until two days later. When I was finally able to get in, the service was great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good experience I checked out several companies for my windshield replacement...they were either much more costly, did not have it in stock ( My car is 20yrs old), or could not get an appt. for several days out. glad I chose Safelite. they were courteous, professional, easy to schedule.the waiting area was clean, comfortable and pleasant to be in. The work area was clean and organized.I would recommend highly.

He explained the process, worked quickly and professionally, and did a great job. Huge turnaround from the cancellation I received last minute earlier in the week!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor Communication I had my windshield replaced back in December. The technician showed up when expected and the repair was fine. My problem was with communication. When I called my insurance company to schedule the appointment, I went right to what I believe was a Safelite representative. Everything was set up. But when the technician got to my house they tried to charge me for the repair and I have no deductible for glass on my insurance policy. They tried to tell me the vehicle was not listed on my policy, which is not accurate. It was eventually straightened out and I was not charged - but I felt this could have been handled much better.
